About our Rewarewa Honey

Midlands Rewarewa Honey is a distinctive native honey varietal with deep, robust flavour, offered in private label and bulk formats. Our fully integrated operations, extensive R&D on bee health and product development, and independent laboratory testing ensure premium, traceable honey for consumers and FMCG buyers worldwide.

Product Information

With a beautiful deep red amber colour, Rewarewa Honey is produced from New Zealand native Honeysuckle tree. This smooth, malty but caramel-like honey is rich and full bodied. Found at the top of the South Island and throughout the North Island with an intricate red flower which bees collect its nectar.

Our Rewarewa Honey can be customised for your business into different jar sizes, jar types and serving options, as well as being able to add different flavour or formulations (ie vitamins or minerals) to suit your customer or market needs.  Whether your business needs your own Private Label Brands, you want to distributor one of our market established Retail Ready Brands, PURITI, Primal By Nature or Mount Somers, or are looking for Bulk Rewarewa Honey as a food, cosmetic or pharmaceutical ingredient, we have a wide ranges of solutions to fit your individual business needs.
