Frequently asked questions
Welcome to our FAQ section, where we answer the most common questions about our products and their uses. From nutritional benefits to processing tips, we aim to provide clear, practical information to help you make informed decisions—whether you’re a food manufacturer, distributor, or ingredient buyer.
What is multifloral honey?
Multifloral honey comes from many different flowers, resulting in a balanced, versatile flavour. It’s often more affordable than monofloral varieties. Because of its consistency and wide appeal, multifloral honey is a popular base for private label honey brands and wholesale honey suppliers.
What is the difference between raw honey and multifloral honey?
Raw honey is unheated and minimally filtered, preserving natural enzymes. Multifloral describes the nectar source, not the processing. You can have raw multifloral honey or processed multifloral honey. Raw multifloral honey is often chosen by private label manufacturers seeking a natural, minimally processed product.
