Using the best Clover Honey in New Zealand, Honey and Ginger is delicately blended with natural ginger to create the spectacular Honey and Ginger.  This is no ordinary honey, and certainly not for the faint hearted.  If you don't like ginger, then this is not the honey for you.  For those who can handle the heat, this wonderful honey is a great addition to any cooking or baking (especially your favourite stirfry). Add it to a warm drink in the with a bit of lemon, for a delicious winter tonic.
