Frequently asked questions
Welcome to our FAQ section, where we answer the most common questions about our products and their uses. From nutritional benefits to processing tips, we aim to provide clear, practical information to help you make informed decisions - whether you’re a food manufacturer, distributor, or ingredient buyer.
Are hemp hearts good for you?
Hemp hearts are highly nutritious, offering complete plant protein, healthy fats, and essential minerals. They’re easy to add to smoothies, salads, and cereals. Hemp hearts are also a popular bulk ingredient for manufacturers producing high-protein, plant-based foods.
Is hemp heart the same as hemp seeds?
Hemp hearts are the soft, hulled inner part of the hemp seed, while whole hemp seeds include the outer shell. Hearts are easier to digest and milder in flavour, while whole seeds offer extra fibre. Both formats are commonly purchased in bulk for food production.
Which is better, chia seeds or hemp hearts?
Chia seeds are high in fibre, while hemp hearts provide more protein and a balanced omega-3 and omega-6 profile. They suit different uses, and many people enjoy both. Hemp hearts are frequently ordered in wholesale or bulk quantities by brands creating nutritional products.
