Oats

Oats have a variety of uses in foods; most commonly, they are rolled or crushed into oatmeal, or ground into fine oat flour. Oats are predominantly consumed as porridge, but are also used in a array of baked goods, such as oatcakes, oatmeal cookies and oat bread. Oats are also an ingredient in many cold cereals, in particular muesli and granola.

Oats contain protein necessary for tissue building and repair, which contributes the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and bone normality. They also have high levels of dietary fibre and low fat content making them an ideal addition food source for a variety of recipes. Boast a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins. 

Packaging Available

We provide standard packing options when it comes to bulk delivery. Orders are packed into containers or pellets in sacks, or in larger bulk bags. Other selected packaging options may be available on request. Sizes include;
