Buckwheat is commonly mistaken as a cereal Technical Data
grain, however, it is actually a fruit seed, which
makes it ideal for gluten free products.

Buckwheat has a unique triangular shape which is similar in Botanical Name: Fagopyrum esculentum
size to wheat kernels. The outer hull must be removed, but the
difficult shape requires specialised milling equipment. Food Safety: This product has been produced in accordance
with HACCP principles
With a wide variety of health benefits, Buckwheat's protein
and fibre content makes it a popular gluten free alternative to Shelf life: 12 months from production date
