Midlands Apiaries are the ‘total honey solution provider’ part of Midland Holdings Limited, an established group of businesses who take immense pride in providing quality products and services derived from the arable industry.
This role is for a fixed-term period of 12 months to cover a parental leave period, starting in mid-September to enable sufficient hand-over.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Support Officer to join our team. You will be joining a dynamic, vibrant and fast paced environment.
To purpose of this role is to provide administration and account management support to sales team ensuring that all export shipping movements operate with maximum efficiency to maintain and enhance profitability.
The role will also oversee all associated administration and documentation, ensuring that this is completed fully and efficiently, in accordance with agreed time frames and regulations.
What you need to have to do this role:
The ideal candidate must have an eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Ability to be flexible with competing demands.
Providing all administration support to the sales team.
Protect the MAL brand by ensuring that customer service is of the highest quality
Have a good sense of humour and willingness to get stuck in!
Previous sales support experience would be helpful however we are committed to finding the right candidate and will provide further ongoing training as required.
